ABM Operations & Execution Intern
Snowflake is looking for a high-energy, technically-minded ABM Operations & Execution Intern to support our Account-Based Marketing team. This unique role offers a dual focus: both on the creative execution of 1:1 and 1:few marketing campaigns and on the technical infrastructure that powers them. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, scalability, and data-driven insights across our most strategic enterprise accounts.

What We Expect
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship
- Desired Class Level: Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
What You Will Learn / Gain
- Campaign Execution Support: Assist in the planning and execution of multi-touch, multi-channel ABM programs, including custom digital landing pages, targeted advertising, and account-specific research.
- Automation & Orchestration: Support the development and maintenance of operational workflows using tools like Workato to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Marketing Technology Management: Assist in managing and integrating ABM platforms with our marketing automation and CRM systems, primarily Marketo and Salesforce.
- Data Analysis: Help build and maintain dashboards to track campaign ROI and performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance ABM program efficiency and help document new operational procedures.
What You Should Have
- Technical Interest: A strong interest in or foundational knowledge of technical automation tools like Workato and marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
- Marketing Curiosity: A genuine interest in the “why” behind marketing strategies and how those workflows drive the customer journey and impact the bottom line.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in or an eagerness to learn technical reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Snowflake, or Streamlit).
- Creative Problem Solving: The ability to think creatively about messaging and targeting for high-value enterprise accounts.
- Attention to Detail: Maniacal attention to detail and strong project management skills to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between ABM team members and sales stakeholders.
- Emerging Tech Aptitude: An interest in the rapid adoption of AI in Marketing and a desire to learn how to implement AI/ML models within marketing workflows.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
- The estimated pay range for this role is $26.00 – $30.00 per hour.
The successful candidate’s starting hourly rate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; flexible spending & health savings account; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
