Job Summary

At Flynn Arby’s, we are looking for exceptional individuals to join our world-class team as Team Members. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality food products efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive dining experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen.
• Strictly follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
• Accurately and efficiently handle cash and credit transactions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food or hospitality industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest interaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
