What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintenance Execution: Execute scheduled maintenance work, adhering to the approved best known method for all tasks completed.
• Part Management: Track and assemble parts required to complete maintenance ahead of time.
• Equipment Qualification: Complete qualifications required to bring equipment fully out of maintenance state and into production.
• Data Tracking: Track critical data from performed maintenance to define improvement opportunities for optimal PM performance.
• Professional Development: Benefit from an on-the-job training plan that provides a clear path to required certifications and advancement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School diploma/GED. Early Career. Strong interest in and capability of performing mechanical and maintenance activities on complex tool sets.
• Experience: Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule, flexible to work day or night shifts including one weekend shift and holidays.
• Skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams, and ability to read and understand technical instructions and mechanical drawings.
• Bonus: Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in teams.
