This is an internship at Tyson Foods, with facilities located across Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina. This internship offers comprehensive exposure to the entire lifecycle of poultry operations, allowing interns to contribute innovative ideas and create value within the business. What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain comprehensive exposure to various aspects of the poultry production process.
• Work across a range of production and live operations positions to understand the entire lifecycle.
• Familiarize yourself with all stages of poultry production, from beginning to end.
• Experience critical operational support departments such as Safety and Quality Assurance.
• Contribute innovative ideas and create value to support the business’s success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with at least one semester of school remaining; preference for students pursuing degrees in Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or other agriculture-related fields.
• Experience: No prior years of experience required for this internship role.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer proficiency; Motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn from others; Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team; Strong problem-solving abilities; Effective time management and multitasking skills; Strong interpersonal skills.
