• Team: Reports directly to a Crew Foreman.
• Mission: To support the team in delivering exceptional customer service through quality installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial roofing systems while upholding strict safety standards.
• Tech Stack: EPDM, TPO, PVC

What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist: Assist in the installation of commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, and PVC.
• Perform: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on existing roofing structures.
• Follow: Follow all instructions from the Crew Foreman diligently and adhere strictly to all job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain: Maintain a high level of professionalism and strong work ethic on all job sites.
• Collaborate: Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project completion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be at least 18 years of age and demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn for a career in the roofing industry.
• Experience: No commercial roofing experience is required, as the company is prepared to train the right individuals.
• Skills: Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly and 50+ lbs occasionally, comfort with extensive standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders, ability to work effectively in varying outdoor weather conditions, strong ability to follow instructions and perform work in accordance with safety guidelines, reliable transportation to and from jobsites and/or the warehouse, strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Bonus: Commercial roofing experience is preferred.
