• Mission: To facilitate memorable vacation experiences for Owners/guests by promoting and managing engaging recreational activities and events.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Engagement & Atmosphere: Proactively promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere across all recreational activities and areas, fostering an environment where Owners and guests can create memorable moments.
• Activity Information & Guidance: Serve as a primary resource for Owners and guests, providing comprehensive information about available recreational facilities, a variety of activities, lessons, and equipment, ensuring they are well-informed to make the most of their vacation.
• Participation & Recruitment: Actively encourage and recruit Owners/guests to participate in scheduled recreation activities, demonstrating an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude to maximize engagement and enjoyment.
• Registration & Scheduling: Manage the registration and scheduling of Owners/guests for various activities by accurately recording necessary information using the appropriate methods, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Transaction Processing: Efficiently process payments for a range of services including rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, and retail sales, maintaining accuracy and providing excellent guest service.

• Experience: Demonstrated availability to consistently work various shifts, including all holidays and both weekend days, to support continuous recreational operations.
• Skills: Requires an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude, strong guest interaction abilities including welcoming and anticipating needs, and the capability to effectively manage activity scheduling and payment processing using appropriate methods.
