The TL;DR

• Mission: Ensure accurate rental document processing, vehicle verification, and deliver excellent customer service at the exit booth to facilitate smooth rental departures.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Accurately prepare all rental documents for customers.
• Verify: Confirm car information and VIN numbers for security and car control purposes.
• Support: Provide additional service to Emerald Aisle members by offering refueling options.
• Maintain: Ensure the Exit Booth and surrounding areas are clean, neat, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Serve: Provide undivided attention, greet, thank, and assist customers with directions, local information, and effectively resolve service issues.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience handling customer service functions.
• Skills:
• Valid Driver’s License: Possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years, and no alcohol or drug related convictions in the last 5 years.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with open availability 7-days a week including weekends and holidays (apart from religious observation).
• Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Enterprise Mobility now or in the future.
