• Mission: Deliver, install, and remove a wide range of appliances to make complex customer projects simple, successful, and sustainable.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Appliance Installation: Perform basic appliance installations, accurately handle and install standard gas and electric household appliances, and learn custom appliance installations through full company-paid training.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all installed appliances are damage-free, installed precisely according to manufacturer specifications, and fully functional upon completion.
• Customer Interaction: Interact professionally and courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers, consistently delivering “white glove service.”
• Professional Development: Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay current with all product changes and advancements in the field.
• Driving Responsibilities: Fulfill driver duties and responsibilities as required for appliance delivery and service routes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: No specific educational degree is required; candidates must possess strong mechanical skills and demonstrate the ability to read and accurately interpret complex documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Experience: Required qualifications include being at least 21 years of age, possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license, and either currently holding a DOT Medical Card or demonstrating the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Skills: Essential skills for this role include cultivating excellent customer service relationships, demonstrating a strong mechanical aptitude pertinent to appliance installation, and maintaining a willingness to proactively learn new techniques and products.
• Bonus: Candidates are preferred to have 1+ years of direct experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service.
