Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity – Behavioral Health at Pembroke Hospital
Pembroke Hospital, a 120-bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility south of Boston, MA, is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for day shifts (7 am-3 pm). We offer a supportive environment focused on patient care, providing inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults, and older adults. Our services are designed to assess, stabilize, and treat patients by addressing their primary symptoms and problems.

Available Positions for New Graduates:
- Day Shift:
- Full Time: 40 or 32 hours/week
- Part Time: 24 hours/week

Role of the Registered Nurse (RN):
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital part of Pembroke Hospital’s multidisciplinary treatment team. You will receive proper training to work with culturally and generationally diverse populations to meet their individual needs. Training will cover:
- Psychiatric group processes
- Age-specific care
- Trauma-informed care
- Therapeutic boundaries
- Crisis intervention techniques
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse:
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Consistently identify and address patient needs.
- Provide general and psychiatric patient care.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Document and communicate unusual changes in client behaviors.
