The Tone:
This is an internship at Texas Instruments. This role presents an exciting technical challenge focused on process development and innovation, offering hands-on opportunities to enable next-generation technology. You will contribute to enhancing techniques for developing analog and embedded memory semiconductors, crucial for making electronics more affordable and reliable worldwide.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Team: Diverse internal teams including Integration, Manufacturing, and Planning across fabrication sites.
• Mission: To enable next-generation technology by developing and enhancing processes for analog and embedded memory semiconductors.
• Tech Stack: Basic programming experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Characterize: Employ Design of Experiments (DOE) methods to identify and understand process variables.
• Qualify: Develop testing methodologies and qualify materials for semiconductor processes.
• Lead: Drive projects and influence cross-functional teams to achieve development goals.
• Analyze: Utilize data analysis and analytical techniques to quantify the impact of process changes and improvements.
• Optimize: Develop and implement new methodologies to enhance characterization efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective verbal and written communication, capability for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, and basic programming experience.
• Bonus: Strong time management skills for on-time project delivery, initiative to drive for results, ability to build influential relationships, and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
