About the Job: Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate

Select Specialty Hospital, Town & Country, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses for a New Graduate position. This critical illness recovery hospital specializes in providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. RNs play a central role in providing compassionate, excellent treatment during patients’ most vulnerable moments.

The facility is currently located in Town & Country and will be moving in 2026 to Christian Northeast.

Position Details

  • Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate
  • Location: Town & Country (moving 2026 to Christian Northeast)
  • Schedule: Full-Time Night 7p-7a
  • Compensation Starting: $40.12 / hour
  • Shift Differentials:
    • Nights: $5
    • Weekends: $3.50
  • Sign-on Bonus: $15,000

Responsibilities

In collaboration with the physician and your preceptor, you will:

  • Assure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.
  • Initiate an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of the patients/families.
  • Interpret assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long term goals and discharge planning.
  • Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
  • Assure that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
  • Valid State RN License required upon start date (applicants may apply before being licensed).
  • BLS required at hire.
  • Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.
