What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and develop: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate and translate: Collaborate effectively with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user-centric features.
• Engineer code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the front-end (React, TypeScript) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Go) systems.
• Architect and implement: Architect and implement highly performant RESTful APIs and microservices, managing and optimizing database interactions.
• Review and mentor: Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and actively mentor junior engineers within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record of shipping production-ready applications.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end development with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js) and TypeScript. Expertise in back-end development with at least one of Node.js, Python, or Go. Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and demonstrable experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bonus: Master’s degree in a relevant field, experience with GraphQL or data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis), familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, or experience in the data analytics, AI/ML, or FinTech industries.
