What You’ll Actually Do
• Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using modern frameworks.
• Feature Implementation: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineers to define, architect, and implement new features.
• System Engineering: Design and implement robust user interfaces, APIs, and back-end services, and manage databases.
• Code Quality: Write clean, testable code, participate in code reviews, and resolve software defects.
• Team Growth: Mentor other developers and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in full-stack web development.
• Experience: 5+ years in full-stack web development, including designing RESTful APIs, and familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) with a modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js); expertise in a server-side language/framework (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go); experience with relational and NoSQL databases; strong understanding of software design, data structures, and algorithms; and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), GraphQL, real-time communication technologies, or testing frameworks.
