The Tone:
This is an in-person role at Invited, a leader in the hospitality and service industry. Invited builds vibrant communities and enriches lives through its network of private clubs nationwide, offering first-class amenities and experiences. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring every member and guest interaction reflects high standards and contributes to their satisfaction and retention within the club environment.

• Team: Reports to the F&B Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager
• Mission: Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, consistently applying 3-steps of service to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
• Tech Stack: Trays, POS System, Bottle Opener, Wine Tool

What You’ll Actually Do
• Deliver high-quality food and beverage service, consistently maintaining Invited F&B service training program standards.
• Execute member and guest orders in a timely manner, while possessing a complete knowledge of the à la carte menu, daily features, and specials.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome, actively assisting fellow employees to ensure a seamless member and guest dining experience.
• Resolve member and guest complaints promptly and effectively by applying service recovery techniques.
• Complete daily assignments and side work, maintaining organized, clean, and well-stocked work areas in adherence to club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent, representing an early-career role focused on food and beverage service within a hospitality setting.
• Experience: Previous experience in providing food and beverage service to guests.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact clearly and effectively, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
• Bonus: Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations, and completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
