Express Service Advisor Opportunity at Leith Volkswagen of Raleigh

Leith Volkswagen of Raleigh is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join their team.

What Will You Do?

As a Service Advisor, you will act as a crucial liaison between Service Department technicians and the parts department, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting and greeting customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Providing an outstanding guest experience.
• Determining the necessary course of action for vehicle service and obtaining customer authorization.
• Accurately writing up service needs and providing customers with precise estimates for dollar amount and completion time.
• Communicating effectively with customers to ensure satisfactory repairs and the sale of necessary maintenance or repairs.
• Possessing knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keeping customers informed and advising them on the prognosis of their vehicle.
• Calling customers to schedule appointments and answering telephones in a timely manner.
• Attending and completing required training and department meetings.

What Are We Looking For?

• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Good reading, writing, and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours.
• Computer proficiency.
