This is a full-time role at Leith Volkswagen of Raleigh, located in Raleigh, NC. The company operates across diverse markets, including fleet management, vehicle fabrication, component manufacturing, powertrain distribution, insurance, and retail automotive sales. This role is crucial for ensuring high customer satisfaction by acting as a liaison between Service Department technicians and the parts department, providing an outstanding guest experience and facilitating necessary vehicle services.

• Mission: Ensure high customer satisfaction and facilitate vehicle service needs effectively.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Interaction: Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency to provide an outstanding guest experience.
• Service Assessment: Determine necessary vehicle service actions, obtain customer authorization, and write up needs accurately.
• Estimation & Communication: Provide customers with precise estimates for cost and completion time, keeping them informed on their vehicle’s prognosis.
• Sales & Policy Knowledge: Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfactory repairs and sell necessary maintenance or additional services, leveraging knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Scheduling & Support: Schedule appointments by calling customers and answer incoming telephones in a timely manner.
• Training & Meetings: Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings as necessary.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma coupled with related sales training.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of related sales experience, along with possession of a current valid driver’s license.
• Skills: Good reading, writing, and math skills; excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to outstanding customer service; and computer proficiency.
