Express Service Advisor Opportunity at Leith Volkswagen of Raleigh
Leith Volkswagen of Raleigh is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join their team.
What Will You Do?
As a Service Advisor, you will act as a crucial liaison between Service Department technicians and the parts department, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting customers with courtesy and efficiency.
- Providing an outstanding guest experience.
- Determining the necessary course of action for vehicle service and obtaining customer authorization.
- Accurately writing up service needs and providing customers with precise estimates for dollar amount and completion time.
- Communicating effectively with customers to ensure satisfactory repairs and the sale of necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Possessing knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies.
- Keeping customers informed and advising them on the prognosis of their vehicle.
- Calling customers to schedule appointments and answering telephones in a timely manner.
- Attending and completing required training and department meetings.
What Are We Looking For?
- High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current valid driver’s license.
- Good reading, writing, and math skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours.
- Computer proficiency.
