What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable software across our platform.
• Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code primarily in Python, Go, or Java.
• Collaborate: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Mentor: Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their professional growth and technical skills.
• Architect: Contribute to system architecture and design discussions, making data-driven recommendations for future enhancements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of shipping high-quality software; extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Skills: Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Go, Java, or C++; strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and fundamental software design principles; hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB); excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills; strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems; familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes; practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks; contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
