What You’ll Actually Do
• Bar Operations: Prepares and maintains the bar area, ensuring it is fully stocked with liquor, juices, and other supplies, and that all equipment and glassware are clean and sanitized.
• Drink Crafting: Prepares drink orders with precision, adhering to established bar standards and accommodating specific guest preferences.
• Guest Engagement: Interacts with guests to ensure their satisfaction, engages in conversation, and processes payments accurately.
• Responsible Service: Verifies guests’ legal drinking age and actively monitors their consumption to prevent over-service, taking necessary intervention steps.
• Closing Procedures: Secures all beverage and food items, stores equipment, processes cash drops, and ensures the bank is safely secured at the end of the shift.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of a High School education with thorough knowledge of alcohol serving practices and industry standards.
• Experience: At least three (3) years of prior experience in a bartending role.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally, a strong capacity to exceed guest expectations, detail-oriented work habits, and a collaborative team player mindset.
• Bonus: Preferred certification in bartending and alcohol awareness.
