• Mission: Own the delivery of exceptional customer service and represent the premium BMW product to clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Deliver: Provide exceptional customer service to BMW clients throughout the workday.
• Represent: Act as a key representative for the premium BMW product and the dealership.
• Interact: Engage effectively with clients in a continuous, client-facing environment.
• Advise: Utilize strong interpersonal skills to guide and inform customers on service needs.
• Achieve: Work towards and successfully meet established service and sales targets.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: Valid Driver’s License.
• Skills: Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills, Basic Computer Skills, Strong Desire to Provide Exceptional Client Experience, Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals, Positive & Friendly Attitude.
• Bonus: Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, CDK and/or Xtime proficiency.
