The TL;DR

• Pay: $18.70–$22.69 hourly
• Team: Reports to the Global Logistics and Other Services Manager.
• Mission: Supports the Global Logistics team by conducting analysis, preparing reports, facilitating goal progression, and providing administrative assistance to ensure efficient operations and timely payments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Perform monthly spend analysis for global logistics operations.
• Reporting: Collate the draft of the Monthly Operations Report for review and approval by the Logistics Manager.
• Goal Facilitation: Support the progression and reporting of each objective within the Global Logistics Annual Goals.
• Payment Processing: Assist with weekly tasks to ensure on-time payment of logistics providers through the freight bill payment and audit supplier.
• Project Support: Provide administrative assistance for various projects and process improvement initiatives managed by the Global Logistics team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, international studies, or a related field, having completed the sophomore year of college.
• Experience: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Data analysis, report preparation, organizational skills, administrative support, attention to detail.
