What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Service: Warmly greet and welcome all guests over the phone and in person, serving as the initial point of contact for a positive experience.
• Sales & Enhancement: Proactively offer recommendations to guests, aiming to enrich their overall dining experience and satisfaction.
• Proactive Support: Identify and address guest needs before they arise, ensuring a seamless and attentive service interaction.
• Order Fulfillment: Efficiently and accurately deliver carside or to-go orders, serving as the guest’s final point of contact with a smile.
