Role Summary:

As an Applebee’s Carside team member, you will serve as the guest’s first impression over the phone and their last impression when delivering carside or to-go orders. You are expected to provide service with a smile, make recommendations, and anticipate guest needs. This role involves hard work within a great environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with guests over the phone and in person.
• Deliver carside and to-go orders with a positive attitude.
• Make menu recommendations to guests.
• Anticipate and address guest needs to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
• Commitment to making a positive impact.

Physical Standards:

• Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods (up to four hours).
• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to transport to-go bags and beverages to cars, weighing up to 15 pounds, approximately 30 times per shift (depending on business flow).
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and team members.
• Ability to wear protective hand coverings throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to wear protective face coverings and/or masks throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
