Salary Range: $140,000 – $180,000 annually + equity and benefits

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our core product development team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications that power our flagship platform. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and architecture to implementation and maintenance, contributing significantly to both our front-end user experience and robust back-end services. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features and functionalities for our web platform, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.
• Architect and implement scalable and maintainable solutions across the full stack, including front-end UI components, back-end APIs, and database interactions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and mentor junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making processes, advocating for best-in-class technologies and approaches.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Participate in the deployment pipeline, including CI/CD processes, monitoring, and on-call rotations as needed.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, applying relevant advancements to our stack.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar frameworks like Angular, Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI/UX principles.
• Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks: Node.js (with Express/NestJS) is preferred, but experience with Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, Java (Spring Boot), or Go will also be considered.
• Demonstrable experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, development, and consumption.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
