We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative and fast-paced engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable software solutions. You will lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute significantly to our architectural strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet our evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment of complex features and applications.
• Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems and services.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, primarily using languages such as Java, Python, Go, or C#.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and alignment with architectural standards.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues promptly, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Contribute actively to the improvement of our development processes, tools, and methodologies (e.g., CI/CD, DevOps).
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and proposing their adoption where beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, Go, C#, or similar, with a proven track record of building production systems.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Proven ability to lead technical projects from inception to deployment, delivering high-quality software on schedule.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal technical projects.
• Experience with distributed systems and large-scale data processing frameworks.
