Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our core AI & Machine Learning Platforms. In this critical role, you will be the bridge between customer needs, market opportunities, and technical feasibility, driving the development of robust, scalable, and user-friendly AI platform features. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and sales/marketing professionals to define and deliver products that meet the evolving demands of our enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for InnovateX Labs’ AI & ML platforms, aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Roadmap Management: Own and manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, adoption, and iteration. Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that balances short-term deliverables with long-term strategic initiatives.
• Market & Customer Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation within the AI/ML landscape.
• Requirements Definition: Translate high-level business requirements into detailed, clear, and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and UX teams to ensure technical feasibility, optimal design, and efficient execution. Facilitate strong communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute successful go-to-market plans, including product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product performance, analyze user feedback and data, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy and maintain a leading position in the market.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, strategy, and performance to executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused specifically on AI/Machine Learning platforms, data platforms, or developer tools.
• Deep understanding of the machine learning lifecycle (data collection, feature engineering, model training, deployment, monitoring, MLOps).
• Proven track record of defining and launching successful, complex technical products in an agile environment.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in detailed discussions with engineers and data scientists.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and define measurable product outcomes.
• Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with building or managing platforms for large-scale data processing (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
• Familiarity with various machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Prior experience working with enterprise customers and understanding their unique needs for AI adoption.
• A strong network within the AI/ML community.
• Experience with design thinking methodologies and user research techniques.
