Senior Product Manager, AI Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our next generation of AI-powered products. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, strong product management principles, and a passion for creating innovative solutions that solve complex user problems and drive significant business impact. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales teams to deliver market-leading AI products from concept to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for AI solutions, aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs and validate product ideas, specifically within the AI/ML landscape.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI features and products.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, making data-driven decisions on feature development and release timelines.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams throughout the product lifecycle, providing clear direction and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of AI models and features.
• Work with UX/UI design teams to ensure intuitive, accessible, and ethical user experiences for AI-driven functionalities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans in partnership with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on product performance, user engagement, and key metrics, iterating on products based on insights and feedback.
• Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for AI product initiatives, regularly communicating updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitor activities to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused specifically on AI, Machine Learning, or data-intensive products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products, preferably SaaS or platform solutions.
• Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, data pipelines, and model deployment challenges.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with specific AI domains such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Recommender Systems, or Generative AI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Experience with user research, A/B testing, and data analytics tools.
• Prior experience working in a rapidly scaling technology company.
