Technical Solutions Engineer – Epic
Epic is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join their team in Madison, WI. This role offers the opportunity to work on software that impacts 305 million patients globally, solving complex and mission-critical problems for top-ranked health systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose complex software problems, often beyond basic troubleshooting.
- Identify effective and sustainable solutions.
- Manage the implementation of solutions, potentially across multiple physical locations and involving various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with customer counterparts to resolve critical issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or greater.
- A history of academic excellence or professional success.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
