Technical Solutions Engineer – Epic

Epic is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join their team in Madison, WI. This role offers the opportunity to work on software that impacts 305 million patients globally, solving complex and mission-critical problems for top-ranked health systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose complex software problems, often beyond basic troubleshooting.
• Identify effective and sustainable solutions.
• Manage the implementation of solutions, potentially across multiple physical locations and involving various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customer counterparts to resolve critical issues.

Location & Relocation:

This position is based on Epic’s campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. Epic recruits nationally and provides financial relocation assistance.
