About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the development and strategy for our next-generation AI and Machine Learning solutions. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of innovative AI-powered features and products that enhance user experience, drive efficiency, and unlock new value for our customers. You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to bring cutting-edge machine learning models from concept to market, ensuring they meet user needs and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML features and products, aligning with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs and validate potential AI/ML solutions.
• Translate complex business problems and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI/ML engineering and data science teams.
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and researchers throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to development, testing, and deployment.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions on trade-offs to optimize value delivery and achieve strategic goals.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics and KPIs related to AI/ML performance, user engagement, and business impact; iterate based on insights.
• Lead cross-functional teams in agile development processes, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmaps, and release plans to internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and documentation to support product launches and adoption.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI, machine learning, and product management.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on AI, Machine Learning, or data-intensive products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex AI/ML products or features from concept to market.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, data science principles, and common AI/ML algorithms (e.g., NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, predictive analytics).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning).
• Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).
• Familiarity with ethical AI principles and responsible AI development practices.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
• Domain expertise relevant to our industry (e.g., FinTech, Healthcare, SaaS, E-commerce).
