About the Job: Marketing Technology Intern

The Marketing Technology Intern plays a pivotal role in the cross-functional effort to bring products to market. Collaborating closely with Corporate Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams, this position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in various aspects of marketing operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, performing analyses, and assisting with automation functions and/or website optimization.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct AI research and prototyping to support emerging martech initiatives.
• Create and maintain martech documentation for tools and processes.
• Contribute to reporting and analytics to measure technology performance and usage.
• Support tool and process improvements to enhance marketing operations.
• Assist with quality assurance and testing of marketing systems and integrations.

What You’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in marketing, marketing analytics, consumer behavior, or a related program.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Be self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement.
• Work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously under pressure.
• Experience with reporting and analytics.
• For Digital Marketing: Possess working knowledge of Drupal or other web content management systems (CMS); HTML experience; experience with CSS and Bootstrap.

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

• Minimal travel.
• Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office. Workiva supports employees in working where they work best – either from an office or remotely from any location within their country of employment.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
