Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our next-generation AI-powered solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key AI initiatives, working closely with engineering, data science, design, and sales teams. Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for AI-driven features and standalone products, aligning with overall company goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and validate product concepts.
• Translate high-level strategic goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and data science teams.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, development, launch, to post-launch performance monitoring and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and go-to-market execution.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to continuously optimize product features and drive user engagement and satisfaction.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI trends, technologies, and applications, evangelizing the potential of AI within the organization and to external stakeholders.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Present product plans, roadmaps, and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI/ML-driven products or features.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience taking AI/ML products from concept to launch, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in AI product development.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, models, data pipelines, and evaluation metrics.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to define product strategies and create detailed product roadmaps.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• A passion for technology and a deep curiosity about emerging AI advancements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or predictive analytics.
• Technical background or direct experience working closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with ethical AI principles and responsible AI development.
