About the Formlabs MBA Internship

At Formlabs, we are dedicated to building innovative tools that empower individuals to bring their ideas to life through 3D printing. The Formlabs MBA Internship offers a unique opportunity for high-potential full-time MBA students, between their first and second years, to contribute to our mission over a 10-12 week summer program.

What You’ll Experience

• Impactful Work: Interns are matched with projects of significant strategic or operational importance to Formlabs. These projects are developed by senior leaders and align with existing business needs, allowing you to make a real impact.
• Collaborative Environment: Work hand-in-hand with a diverse and curious group of scientists, engineers, and designers who are passionate about 3D printing.
• Real-World Application: Past MBA interns have contributed to critical business areas, including:
  • Redesigning USA sales plans.
  • Overhauling global logistics infrastructure.
  • Designing and implementing successful sales and marketing campaigns with measurable revenue impact.
  • Assessing go-to-market models in international markets.

Who We’re Looking For

We seek accomplished individuals with experience in the following areas. A technical background is a significant advantage:

• Supply Chain Cost Optimization
• Working with international suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Consumer electronics marketing
• Distribution channel management
• International market expansion

Compensation & Logistics

• Pay Schedule: Interns are paid on a bi-weekly schedule.
• Pay Range: The bi-weekly pay range for this salaried role is $5,500 USD.
• Hours: You will be paid based on an assumed 40 hours per week as a full-time intern.
• Assistance: This position does not offer housing or relocation assistance.
