Digital Content & UX Intern

(Hybrid, onsite 3 days per week, Forks Township)

General Summary

The Digital Content and UX Intern will play a key role in supporting the management and continuous enhancement of Crayola.com. This involves uploading, editing, and publishing new content within the Content Management System (CMS), ensuring meticulous accuracy and consistency across all web pages. The intern will conduct quality assurance checks for both website and email content, implement basic SEO best practices, and leverage analytical tools such as Google Analytics and GA4 to derive actionable insights regarding website traffic, user engagement, and conversions.

Key responsibilities include assisting with localized content reviews, supporting seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other critical website updates. This role requires close collaboration with design and marketing teams to maintain strong brand alignment and uphold user experience standards. Additionally, the intern will contribute to email marketing efforts by performing content checks and link validation, and will support site performance through basic HTML edits and image optimization.

Job Specifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Entering junior or senior year of college.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, WordPress, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and image editing tools (Photoshop or Canva).
