Compensation Details

Starting hourly rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and are determined by factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

• Cashier: $16.76 – $25.15 per hour
• Customer Service Associate: $16.76 – $25.15 per hour
• Courtesy Clerk/Bagger: $16.76 – $21.66 per hour

Note: For positions within the City of Seattle, labor agreements stipulate a starting rate of $18.94 per hour.
