Role Overview: Apprentice Installer

As an Apprentice Installer, you will:

• Assist in performing safe and effective installations following all company standard operating procedures.
• Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
• Work alongside our experienced production team to learn and assist in 1-Day bath remodel projects.
• Undergo official factory certification, with all training paid for, including travel expenses.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a strong hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device.

Benefits & Compensation

The approximate hourly rate for this position is $24-$28 per hour. Please note that this is a good faith estimate at the time of posting, and final compensation may vary based on factors including background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. Compensation is also based on the number of jobs & bonuses completed over the year, offering significant earning potential.
