Management Internship (52-week program)
Join our team as a Management Intern for a comprehensive 52-week program, designed to provide an in-depth understanding of car wash management. This role offers a unique opportunity to actively participate in daily operations and learn how your contributions impact our overall success.
You will work in an engaging outdoor environment, fostering crucial interactions with both customers and employees. The program will provide extensive training on the operational needs of the car wash business, with an active role in customer service and daily operations. You’ll collaborate closely with the management team, gaining valuable insights into key business processes. This exposure will cover various aspects of business management, including planning, strategy, and decision-making, establishing a strong foundation for a future career in management.
As you advance through your first year, you will gain increased access to training on the financial side of management. At this stage, you will be encouraged to begin making decisions with your team for your assigned site. As a Manager Intern, you will be expected to mentor, train, develop, and manage your staff, preparing you for the successful completion of your training program.
Qualifications
- A current student or recent graduate (within the last 6 months) pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Junior or Senior in College.
- Must be self-motivated and possess the drive to achieve results.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Integrity and honesty.
- Ability to manage a diverse staff in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- Effective communication and conflict management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be reliable, proactive, and a problem solver.
- Must have a valid LA Driver’s License & reliable transportation to multiple locations in the Baton Rouge area.
