Entry Level Marketing and Sales Associate
Our Marketing and Sales Associate works closely with our Campaign Manager and global sales teams to develop and execute local marketing plans. This role is crucial for driving pipelines for net new target demographics and customer acquisition opportunities. You will create a comprehensive marketing mix, including regional events, partner marketing, and strategic sales support, with a focus on visibility and insights into local markets.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Columbus, OH, for an Entry Level Marketing and Sales Associate. The Associate will be involved in a variety of day-to-day tasks:
- Customer communication
- Conducting market research
- Assisting with sales initiatives
- Participating in marketing campaigns
- Project management
This role plays a vital part in implementing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote telecommunication products and services, driving both brand awareness and sales.
- Assist the sales team in meeting individual and team sales targets by creating effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement promotional events and campaigns aimed at increasing in-store and online traffic.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing product recommendations and support throughout the sales process.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and sales initiatives, reporting on key metrics and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Provide insights and feedback to management, helping refine our approach to marketing and sales.
Requirements
- Background in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, or Communications.
- A creative mindset is a plus!
- Works well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be goal-oriented.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Minimum Associate’s Degree or three years relevant experience.
- Candidates may be subject to background screening.
