Compensation Information

Starting hourly rates are set at no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements.

• Cashier: $16.76 – $25.15 per hour
• Customer Service Associate: $16.76 – $25.15 per hour
• Courtesy Clerk/Bagger: $16.76 – $21.66 per hour

Please note: For positions in the City of Seattle, labor agreements mandate a starting hourly rate of $18.94/hour.
