Compensation

Hourly Wage: $17 – $30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation:

• Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances. These premiums can be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

As a Cart Attendant, you play a vital role in ensuring customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. Your key responsibilities include:

• Gathering shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Operating equipment to efficiently move carts from the parking lot into the store.
• Maintaining the sanitation and cleanliness of all shopping carts.

This role requires a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in all weather conditions.
