Junior Financial Advisor Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Livonia, MI, offering a fantastic opportunity to grow within the financial advisory space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to clients in various aspects of financial planning, including retirement strategies and investment guidance.
- Conduct thorough analyses of clients’ current financial situations to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and present personalized financial plans designed to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals effectively.
- Offer expert advice and recommendations on a range of financial products and strategies.
- Collaborate closely with senior financial advisors to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to the development of robust financial strategies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and client communications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory changes.
Key Qualifications and Skills
Required Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory principles.
- Proven experience in Retirement Planning and a solid understanding of various Investment vehicles and strategies.
- A strong foundational understanding of Finance, coupled with the ability to proficiently analyze, interpret, and present complex financial data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a closely related field.
- Relevant industry certifications such as Series 7, Series 65, or Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation are a significant plus and highly regarded.
