Job Overview: Accounting Intern

Key Responsibilities:
Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to fundamental accounting procedures and principles, covering everything from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement preparation and analysis. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and analysis
- Working closely with rental branches and various other departments
- Supporting accounting managers with reports and other tasks
- Involvement with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions, cash receipts, and petty cash
- Assisting with accounting schedules and filing
- Performing miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled full-time for the upcoming semester in a college/university, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a graduation date of May 2027.
- Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable, or bookkeeping is preferred.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
- Must be flexible and willing to relocate outside the local area/state within a 1-3 year period to accept potential promotional opportunities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Enterprise for this position now or in the future.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
