Key Responsibilities:

• Support business objectives, demand & supply planning, and data integrity projects.
• Work with top customers in supply management meetings, building crucial relationships and understanding client needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with numerous manufacturing sites, quality, finance, and sales teams, gaining a holistic view of business operations.
• Support optimization projects and ongoing operations of key Distribution Centers, enhancing efficiency and logistics.
• Enable and drive our Go-to-Market Commercialization Project, contributing to strategic market entry and product launches.
• Help the business grow by working on acquisition due diligence projects, gaining exposure to M&A activities and business expansion strategies.
• Report monthly on capacity reports and supplier audits, and present the data to your team and colleagues, developing strong analytical and presentation skills.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited College or University in Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field of study.
• Expected graduation date between December 2025 – May 2026.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Please note: Sponsorships will not be provided for early career roles).
• Demonstrated experience in Advanced Analytical, project management, planning, or problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Possess a curious mindset, eager to learn, innovate, and adapt.
• A plus: Previous internship experience in manufacturing or logistics.

Compensation:

The compensation for this full-time internship role is competitive, ranging from $65,000 to $70,000 annually.
