About the Job:

This role is situated within the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales and Strategy teams. These teams are critical to Google’s business, providing essential insights through analytics, ensuring cross-functional goal alignment, driving partnerships and new initiatives, and fostering sustainable business growth and product adoption. The focus is on aligning top-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations and developing early-stage ideas into future growth opportunities. Team members are characterized by their experience in business strategy and operations, their analytical and strategic capabilities, and their pragmatic, results-oriented approach.

The GCS sales teams act as trusted advisors and sellers, dedicated to customer success for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This position offers the opportunity to collaborate directly with company owners, significantly impacting their growth. You will contribute to shaping the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory role.
  • 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience generating insights from analysis on large data sets to drive business decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment for a complex organization.
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills combined with robust business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to transform complex, ambiguous topics into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Draw interpretable insights from sophisticated business analyses and advanced modeling techniques.
  • Design effective processes, tools, and operating cadences to achieve organizational outcomes and efficiencies.
  • Develop comprehensive sales, product, or business strategies that address complex challenges and meet the needs of customers and stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth.
  • Communicate data-driven recommendations to leadership and the broader organization through polished presentations, clearly identifying key takeaways.
  • Define actionable plans and roadmaps, and align cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • US Base Salary Range: $118,000 – $170,000 (for full-time positions).
  • Additional Compensation: This role includes bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
