What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Problem Solving: Work with clients to help solve real-world business challenges through technology, innovation, and consulting.
• Strategic Transformation: Help organizations unlock new growth opportunities and create long-term value through strategic transformation and innovation initiatives.
• Business Model Reimagination: Support clients in reimagining business models, improving performance, and enhancing customer and employee experiences across diverse industries.
• Collaborative Consulting: Engage side-by-side with experienced strategists, data specialists, AI practitioners, and business leaders on real client projects.
• Skill and Career Growth: Gain hands-on experience, professional mentorship, career coaching, and access to certifications to develop into a future consulting leader.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or a related field. Foundational understanding of business strategy, market analysis, business operations, organizational performance, or transformation concepts.
• Experience: Exposure to strategy, business analysis, consulting, research, analytics, transformation, or process improvement initiatives through coursework, projects, internships, case competitions, or student organizations.
• Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems, evaluate data, identify trends, and develop structured recommendations. Ability to communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and business audiences. Understanding of how technology, data, Artificial Intelligence, and digital transformation are reshaping industries and business models.
• Bonus: Exposure to business strategy, management consulting, market research, business transformation, or innovation-related projects through academic, personal, or internship experiences. Familiarity with business analytics, financial analysis, data visualization, process improvement, or strategic planning concepts.
