Position Summary:
As an Under Armour Rookie, you will be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. This 12-week program includes:

• One-on-one mentorship.
• Access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with executives.
• Professional development opportunities with talent advisors.

The program emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and a global mindset, allowing Rookies to see the broader impact of their work.

Placement Area: AI & Advanced Analytics
The AI/Advanced Analytics Rookie will work with Under Armour’s data science and analytics teams to develop innovative solutions that power business decisions and athlete performance insights. This role involves:

• Applying machine learning techniques.
• Utilizing statistical modeling.
• Implementing data visualization techniques to real-world challenges.
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Ideal candidates are curious problem-solvers with a passion for leveraging data and AI to drive results.

Eligibility:

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 – July 2027.

Workplace Location:

• Baltimore, MD headquarters office.
• Relocation assistance provided.
• Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule.
