About the Role:
As a Technology Intern within HNTB’s Digital Transformation Solutions Team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a talented tech team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience, allow you to contribute to real-world projects, and learn from industry experts. You will gain exposure to various aspects of technology within the transportation industry, including but not limited to:

• Software development
• Data analytics
• Asset management
• Resiliency solutions
• Geospatial solutions
• And more

Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

• Assists project team members with various support tasks.
• Conducts basic research and data collection.
• Maintains records, collections, and files related to specific projects.
• Assists in the development of graphics, presentation materials, and reports.
• Performs other duties assigned.

Required Qualifications (What You’ll Need):

• Enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program.

Preferred Qualifications (What We Prefer):

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Angular, React, C#, C++).
• Familiarity with databases, cloud computing, or networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Approximate Pay Ranges (Good Faith Estimates at time of posting):

• Massachusetts: $25.28 – $37.92 per hour
• Illinois: $23.18 – $34.76 per hour

Please note that actual compensation will be dependent on factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
