HPC Industrial, Powered by Clean Harbors, is offering exciting INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES to join our Industrial Services team during SUMMER 2026. This program is specifically designed for students who are passionate about maintaining a sustainable environment and are eager to gain hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas fields.

Responsibilities:

As an Industrial Services Intern, your general responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that Health & Safety is the number one priority by strictly complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Consulting with line management, providing expertise including change management insights.
  • Building trusting relationships throughout the company by actively spending time in the field and gaining first-hand knowledge of the critical challenges faced in growing the business.
  • Learning company policies/procedures, organizational development training programs, career development strategies, employee relations practices, and all other relevant training programs.
  • Strategically collaborating with business leaders and potentially deploying programs aimed at understanding and improving employee engagement, employee retention, and turnover reduction (including updating policies, etc.).
  • Undertaking any other responsibilities assigned based on your specific internship program agenda.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university.
  • Preferred degrees include Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Petrochemical, Supply Chain Management, Logistic and Transportation, or Project Management.
  • A minimum 2.5 GPA or above.
  • Involvement in university sanctioned extracurricular activities is a plus!
  • Prior work experience is preferred.
  • Interns must be currently enrolled in one of the preferred degree programs with an expected graduation date of Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
