About the Role:
Millerbernd Manufacturing is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content /Digital Marketing Intern to join our team for the Summer 2026. This hands-on, onsite internship in Winsted, MN, is perfect for individuals passionate about storytelling through photo, video, and real-world experiences. You will play a crucial role in capturing the essence of Millerbernd, supporting our social media presence, and assisting with various events, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities as a Content /Digital Marketing Intern:

• Capture Content: Document activities through photos and videos at our factory, job sites, company events, and team activities.
• Edit Content: Perform basic photo and video editing for use across social media and other marketing channels.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Millerbernd partners and internal teams to gather and produce compelling content.
• Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and internal company activities.
• Social Media: Contribute to the creation and scheduling of social media content.
• Creative Projects: Support the marketing team on various creative projects and campaigns.

Role Qualifications:

• Interest: Demonstrated interest in social media, storytelling, and branding.
• Editing Skills: Basic proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Premiere Pro, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
• Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience (Plus): Event production or planning experience is a valuable asset.
• Portfolio: A portfolio of relevant work is required for application.
• Equipment: Basic photo and video equipment package will be provided by Millerbernd.

Final Project:
The internship will culminate in the creation of a comprehensive video recap that encapsulates the entire Millerbernd intern experience across all business units.
