We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Intern – Community Marketing, LA to join our Brand Experience team for a dynamic 12-week program. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly support the day-to-day execution of high-impact community initiatives designed to forge deep connections between our brand and the vibrant culture of Los Angeles. You will play a pivotal role in contributing to the planning and delivery of authentic brand experiences that not only inspire movement but also cultivate deep-rooted connections with our local fanbase. Reporting to the Senior Lead – Community Marketing, you will be instrumental in supporting the LA region by helping to manage crucial partner relationships and on-the-ground activations that significantly drive brand credibility. This immersive program prioritizes your holistic development and contribution to our human-centric culture within a high-growth environment. This hybrid position is based out of Los Angeles, CA, with significant in-field presence.

Your Mission:

As our Intern – Community Marketing, your mission will encompass:

Deep Dive & Strategic Understanding: Immerse yourself in the world of community marketing to gain an in-depth understanding of how brand experiences are engineered to deliver moments of “WOW” for our fans and partners.
Operational Excellence & Logistics Management: Provide essential support to the Los Angeles Community Lead with daily operations, including coordinating product seeding and managing internal logistics to ensure seamless execution of all initiatives.
Event Execution & Brand Standards: Play a crucial role in the planning, physical setup, and breakdown of community events and Tier 1 activations across the city, meticulously ensuring the maintenance of our premium brand standards.
Partner Relationship Management: Actively contribute to maintaining robust relationships with existing community partners through timely and professional communication, alongside proactive on-the-ground support.
Market Research & Strategic Outreach: Support outreach efforts by conducting thorough research to identify new cultural touchpoints, local partners, and emerging events in LA that strategically align with our brand’s core pillars.
Field Marketing & Premium Positioning: Deliver comprehensive general field marketing support, ensuring all experiences are executed professionally, punctually, and in full alignment with our premium brand positioning.
Collaborative Environment & Dynamic Prioritization: Engage in close collaboration with peers and your leader to effectively navigate priorities between achieving high-quality output and the speed required in a dynamic event environment.

Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in a functional role or internship environment focused on marketing, events, or community engagement, ideally within a fast-paced or premium brand setting.
Organizational Prowess & Reliability: Possess exceptional organizational skills and reliability, with a proven ability to manage multiple structured tasks and maintain meticulous attention to details in support of larger project goals.
Interpersonal & Communication Excellence: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a positive outlook, enabling professional and authentic communication with a diverse range of internal teammates and external partners.
Proactive Learning & Curiosity: Demonstrate a proactive and curious mindset, eager to take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and learn rapidly from both successes and setbacks.
Hands-on Adaptability & Physical Readiness: Possess the physical ability and willingness to be hands-on during event execution, showcasing flexibility and adaptability to support the team through setup and breakdown.

Compensation & Benefits:

The typical cash compensation range for this position is $42,852 annually, which equals approximately $20.60 per hour.
