Spectrum Rising Senior Internship (Summer 2026)

  • Program Type: Full-time, 10-week program designed to provide real-world experience within the telecommunications industry.
  • Program Dates: May 27, 2026 – July 31, 2026.

The Spectrum Internship Experience:

You will join one of our departments for the summer, contributing to meaningful projects that offer insight into working at a leading connectivity company. You’ll have access to:

  • Mentorship from a dedicated team member, providing one-on-one advice to help achieve professional goals.

What to Expect in This Role:

As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern peer group. Your schedule will be structured as follows:

  • 80% of Time: Department and team-focused projects.
  • 20% of Time: Professional development sessions and networking activities, including:
    • Kickoff Conference (May 27th)
    • Webinars
    • Community service
    • Cross-functional projects
    • Final presentations

Internship Responsibilities May Include:

  • Assisting with customizations, integrations, and troubleshooting of Salesforce.
  • Supporting SpectrumGPT AI integrations to enhance team efficiency.
  • Gaining hands-on experience in Salesforce development through ongoing projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University.
  • Must be graduating with a bachelor’s degree between December 2026 – May 2027.
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in your current program.
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or the need for future employment-based immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or familiarity with Salesforce
  • Knowledge of AI (Artificial Intelligence)
  • Knowledge of ML (Machine Learning)
  • Proficiency in Java
  • Understanding of Database concepts
