Internship Program Overview

This is an 11-week paid learning experience designed to give you hands-on experience and a leg up on a bright future. You’ll gain valuable training, connect and network with other interns and leaders, and innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You’ll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, working alongside T-Mobile employees on projects that allow you to create an immediate impact.

The Role: Agentic AI Intern

What It’s Like:

• Build the Agentic AI future for T-Mobile to enhance customer experience in care and digital channels.
• Leverage contextual information about our customers to provide better services.

What You’ll Do:

• Build performance metrics and tracking of current Agentic AI products.
• Work with Agentic AI architecture and products.
• Build the business model for new product ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities working with business partners.
• Conduct opportunity sizing.
• Engage in prototype building.

What It Takes (Requirements):

Technical Skills:

• GEN AI certification/hands-on experience
• Cloud experience
• DB experience

Eligibility Criteria:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Candidates must be currently enrolled in a degree program and have at least one semester remaining following the internship.

Ineligibility:

• Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships.
• Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. This includes individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
• Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
