About The Position

Pond & Company is seeking ambitious individuals for an Engineering Internship. This program is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical career experience, allowing interns to apply classroom-based knowledge to real-world projects. Interns will gain essential skills needed to be career-ready and will have opportunities to broaden their knowledge, putting skills to work in engaging, challenging, and diverse projects that make a positive impact on communities. This internship is an excellent opportunity to kickstart a career in Engineering and build hands-on experience with design, from concept plans through construction documentation.

Experience And Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following:

• Enrollment in a BS in a related engineering program at an accredited college or university.
• Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD is preferred (Civil 3D is also preferred).
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• A positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Self-motivated to produce high-quality work.
• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally.

Compensation & Benefits

Pond determines compensation based on various factors, including the scope and level of the position, geographic location, and the candidate’s skill, knowledge, and experience.

• Starting base pay will vary depending on these factors; candidates should refer to the hiring range associated with the posting.
• Additional cash incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package.
